We Have Moved to The Crossings!

To better serve our patients, we have recently moved our offices to 3101 Clearwater Drive, Suite C at The Crossings office community in Prescott.  In addition to providing additional exam room space, our new offices are a fresh environment that is more convenient, comfortable, and secure for our patients and our staff.  We have posted a map, and would be glad to give you directions by phone.
